The Proscenium is Rockwell Land’s latest residential designed by world-renowned “Starchitect”, Carlos Ott.
The Proscenium at Rockwell adds 3.6 hectares of rare luxury to the world-class Rockwell Cneter. It will be the home of 5 exceptional residential towers, including an Iconic Tower. The complex will also be the home of a 600-seater theater, soon to be the stage for cultural performances.

The Towers
The Kirov
One of the first towers to be built in the Proscenium property, the Kirov will stand 53 storeys tall. Each floor will only hold 2 to 4 units, providing more generous unit cuts. The Kirov will have 3-bedroom units and penthouses (3-4 bedroom units each with spacious den).
The Sakura
The second tower to make its mark in the Proscenium property is the Sakura. With 46 storeys, Sakura will have 2 to 5 units per floor also ensuring the privacy of your future home. The Sakura will house 2 and 3 bedroom units.
Lincoln
The first tower to built in the second phase of Proscenium is the Lincoln Tower. With 47 storeys, Lincoln will have 10-12 units per floor. Adding Smaller units but still maintaining its exculsivity, Lincoln will have the following units:
– Studio units range from 31-32 sqm.
– One bedroon units range from 54-65 sqm.
– Two bedroom units range from 89-118 sqm. (corner units)

The Man behind it All: Carlos Ott
Born in Montevideo, the Uruguayan architect made a name for himself through his keen eye in architecture and his unique designs. The world renowned “starchitect” was first known for winning first prize in 1983 for the construction of the L’Opera de la Bastille in Paris. Only then in his 30s, Carlos was chosen among the 744 architects from all over the world. Since then, Carlos has been known for his out-of-this-world and breathtaking designs.
